Let it be known that I think much about you everyday here.
But words are only a key, not the door it opens.

Anywho, I internally realize the energy of silence and the transformation within to be who we are. This is not to say we have to be silent. (Try that one Sue for a koan )

But I realize with too much chatter comes too much speculation and that leads to playing our thoughts (forms of music ); when really the silence is to be enjoyed.

Depeche Mode's "Enjoy the Silence" comes to mind. Or Claude Debussy mentions "music is the silence between the notes" This makes ya think about what music really is... but damn yet again I digress

The question of Who are You? was presented to me several years ago. All I could answer was "Spud"

For the first time I did not put badges of approval from me on who I thought I was. I was representing me.

Now this me ( hang with me on this one hehe) is not the me that wants to take spotlight front and center (not me anyway), but it was the me that did not put adjectives before who I am. Usually I would present myself as this or that. But to my own surprise I realized the truth of the matter:
The energy I projected was who I was. All exterior things were not there. This was and still is the reality I know, but can't always sustain.

Since this moment I realized people can project whatever they want, but internally not be aligned with what they have learned to project and internally have little idea about. Heck I did it growing up too.
ON the other hand I am still growing up

Anyhow, wanted to share this insight with YOU.
Had a few things to share recently but for the most part I don't have a heck of lot to write in words or say these days.

WE just have to remind each other to remember the feeling of Who are You and Who we Are? I think they go hand in hand.
