Our nephew called today and said that he was going to be layed off from a company that makes school buses. Please pray that he can find another job. He has a wife and little boy to support. I use to babysit Trent when he was a child, and I love him and his family dearly.

May he find that job he is looking for.

Also Pray for Joan...healing wishes are sent up!

Breaking News: There was another terrorist attack in India. They are targeting foreigners and Americans.

Please pray for the innocent people killed in these senseless attacks. Pray that the terrorists will stop.

My pastor's son is doing missionary work near Delhi, India. He runs an orphanage for children whose parents have abandoned them. He also works with a Leper colony in India. Recently, he has been in Pakistan, translating the word of God, in worship services there. Please pray for "Wilson"...he is doing service in some of the most dangerous places at the moment.

I am webmaster for my Church and I have started a Church myspace page that details the "House of Hope" mission in Delhi, India...Please pray for the mission and the children...pray for their continued safety.

I saw on the news this morning that the Taj hotel was on fire and that some people who were on a spiritual retreat had been killed and wounded. One beautiful musician was shot in the arm and hip, but managed to crawl to the kitchen area, and was lifted up by some people there and carried out the back door right before the kitchen exploded. She is in hospital now. They had a photo of her with her musical instrument...not sure, if it was a sitar? It had a very long neck. Please pray for her and I believe 2 people from Virginia were killed. They were sitting next to her eating in the lobby.

I will be praying for you nephew and my brother in law lost his job too.

I will also pray for the people that were Attacted over in India. May the lord be watching over them and the families that lost love ones and the injured.

Lay- offs are very common in this economy. My nephew is selling his house, and moving in with in-laws until he can find another job. I hope your brother-in-law finds a job soon.

over 500, 000 people LOST jobs in November.

It's a bad time for a lot of people.

We need some strong prayers going up, and also, we should be thankful for what we do have.

While I don't like what I see going on with corporate and government greed. I will say anybody could have seen this coming 20 years ago.

This is not a I told you so. We are all responsible. However with that said, it is a good thing. How? We realize the system that we thought was working needs a overhaul. Now the question is how?

It is always HOW? not so much when, where, why but how? The media for the most part focuses on the W's haha no pun intended.

But how are WE going to fix this? I don't know.
I don't know much. But it is a good thing. HOW?

It shows us that we NEED to innovate! A novel idea perhaps but nevertheless I met many innovators. Not agitators, or political junkies looking to point fingers or those that realize it does not work but wish to well.... point fingers. This has been goin on for well perhaps
since mankind or whatever you want to call it came on the scene.

So how?

I pose to ALL this question HOW?

Obama is a pretty wise. He mentioned "it will get worse before it gets better". This is the reality.

We are ALL responsible. Period . Rich, Poor, middle class. No one is exempt or immune anymore. And anyone thinking that they are above this is well..not very wise.

Rich may think so. But this mess is affecting EVERYONE.

So EVERYONE must come together. Above corporate greed above corporate interest, and yea perhaps above your interests.

I am an eternal optimist. But a realist as an optimist realizes that change is a process and thinking is not doing.

We must do. We know too much. And we... I have squandered it. There is a future people.

How are we going to help them fix it.

I too am requesting prayers too. My sister and her hubby has vanished their rv was found on the side of a major highway and them no where to be seen or heard of, I can't seem to sleep or eat much knowing that there could of been foul play involved. James dad has Lymphoma cell B and is in the hospital at this time. Please remember him. It is located in his brain, and so far has not spread. They started the Methotrexate (liquid chemo) on Tuesday. So far, he has been pain free, which has been a blessing. He is strong. We took him some fig newtons, a tv guide, and a newspaper and he was doing good. They told him the nausea may come later.
