Whats happend to all the posts from the last few days? It seems like the sites been taken back in time as i cant find any! Is it my laptop playing up? 'Welcome to the twilight zone '

The FORUM was inaccessible last night around 4AM to 5AM...hmmm...

Apparently many subjects are now off limits in this forum. As a result certain threads/discussions have been removed, including private messages.

Apparently when a very srious discussion comes up regarding the forum, Seal, or Seal's management all of us "groupies" need to tread carefully otherwise the censors will be on your arse...

This is my last post and hopefully it will be available for other forum members to view.

Seal if you read this I wish you all the best and look forward to seeing you in concert. Please keep the hits coming.

wouldn't it be nice if we all can just erase a day because we did not like it... or even just part of if or anything we do not want... that is NOT how we live our life... good and bad, all our experiences makes us who we are

but then, a whole day's worth of post are gone... as if yesterday did not even happen...I made a post yesterday about my decision to lay low... be quiet for a while...sit it out and hope things would be better...

I would not have been on this site or even be posting or chatting if not for a dear friend who has decided to leave. There are very many amazing and wonderful people here that i have met and i know call my friends... people who are very dear to meand love

if yesterday i've decided to lay low for a while with hopes of coming back... it does not seem that way anymore

people here in this forum have nothing but each other's best interest and desire to make this site special as seal and the people here... but it seems that is not acknowledge...with negative feedbacks and post being erased for i do not know what reason... i might as well stop now and hope this message to stay

I am embarassed to say that I'm a bit lost.

Alright folks. I am presently looking into all of this. The conclusion that I've thankfully come to thus far is that many of you are overreacting. I have the ability to view all administrative actions performed during any given period of time and can assure you that the only changes which have been made are the moving of 2 topics.

Regarding the deleting of topics, the function would also allow me to see if that had been done, and again, it has not been.

Regarding the deleting of PMs. It is my understanding, and I've got a good grip on this Eve platform, that nobody, including Admin, may delete the PMs of another member.

I've opened a trouble ticket with Groupee to get a full explanation of the occurence. I hope we are able to retrieve whatever may have been lost, though I am unclear of what was here to begin with.

The only thing I'd reccommend/request is that any of you with concerns send me an email.

As for leaving the forum, we are all adults and make decisions. Should you be making that decision based upon your understanding that the "missing posts" were deleted by Admin/Mod, then I'd again ask that you send me an email and most certainly reconsider.

Would it be worthwhile for you to contact those members who have opted to leave? They may not be checking the forum to see your offer regarding emailing you...Just a suggestion.

They are adults and seem to have made decisions based on little more than hunches... and have chosen to leave without contacting me to voice their concern. I don't have time to contact every member who decides to get angry over the forum... nor should I.

Many of you consider these people your friends and I'd imagine that you may find it worth while to contact them and explain the situation.

FYI, you have the ability to decide to show up when your on line or to hide (option in your profil). SO, you might not know if they popin or not (onless they post)!
MJ is right, many here can contact them and leave them to decide...not his job!

Thanks homegirl. Just to reitterate. We are all adults here. (I'll take a pat on the back for that as I still receive emails from some of the kids who have made this an unwelcome place asking to be let in after I've banned them.) I presume, and may may be in error by doing so, that these adults will voice their concerns to me should a problem arise, rather than discussing in private then posting a message that "this will be my last post."

My door is always open. Certainly, the "senior members" have spread that word around and hopefully do so when "shit happens."

I will always fight for those of you who care. I will always listen to those of you who care. But I will not do anything for those who choose assume that I do not. There is a lot that you do not see, so please take a breath, have patience, and enjoy the ride...

I have asked this question before with no reply..and I am not technically inclined so I really do not know what an administrator of a website does.
