I wanted to make a little bootleg for the Soul Tour, but I have some questions on that.
Well, you know there are a lot of videos from the Soul Tour, so I wanted to make a little mp3 compilation for all of us. I would rip the audio off this videos and cut them. Do I need permission from anyone to make this? As far as I know, bootlegs are not illegal in any kind of way, aren't they? I don't want to get any trouble with the bootleg.

There are some songs like Future love paradise which I would have to cut, because the song sets in in the first strophe. And unfortunately, there is only one Soul song which I found in good quality.

What do you think, should I do it? It would be a little pleasure to make this for us fans, just to listen to until they release a tour dvd?

Yeah, I dont know. These are no official recordings just 'fanmade' recordings. The quality is okay, not the best of course. If those bootlegs are illegal, then those fan filmed on youtube must be illegal, too. Or not?
