OK...me do not understand!!! Red Face

I know that is not proper English, but I feel like a little kid who can't go inside the Candy Store while passing it!!!

So, there are now - FINALLY - official tour dates announced on Ticketmaster and other web sites...some are on sale already and some will be for sale within the next days...

...B U T ...

Nothing...I mean NOTHING on SEALs Tour section???

WHY NOT???

The Webmaster does such a fantastic job keeping the site updated with clips and such.

Seal is awesome by popping in and out!!!

I love it!!!

BUT...

...we have been anxiously waiting for Tour Dates and now...that they are finally here...nothing on his Website!!!

And how does a pre-sale work???

Do we need a password???

My email said I would be notified of the presale and given a password, but Ticketmaster says presale for the Dallas, Tx show starts tomorrow. Also, all the tour dates were announced on my email.

OK...I am a little confused!!! Confused

This is what I have found on one of the venues I am planning on seeing Seal perform:

Internet Presale
Start: Thu, 02/19/09 12:00 PM EST
End: Fri, 02/20/09 11:00 PM EST

Onsale to General Public
Start: Sat, 02/21/09 12:00 PM EST

Seal Post-Sale
Start: Sat, 02/21/09 12:00 PM EST
End: Mon, 02/23/09 12:00 PM EST

These tickets go on sale through the Internet FIRST, and then through General Public and at the same day through Seal's Post-Sale.

I would have thought that Seal's Post-Sale comes first!!! I wish there was somewhere an explanation on how this works.

Has Seal reserved special tickets for us fans??? And they are only available through his link???

Does anybody have an idea???

I just got mine...

Funny thing..and I was so excited I didn't notice until AFTER I got them...

I got the most $$ tix..$79.50..and they are GA Pit..which means we are standing...

Ideally I would rather have a seat BUT..who cares!! It's SEAL...I will just wear good shoes and clothes that won't make me too hot and sweaty.

So guess what I JUST did...

I bought 2 more tix but NOT PIT GA..but actual seats.

BAAHAA...at least this way I'll have a choice..and I am MORE than sure I will be able to sell the tix's I don't need.

I just got to thinking...standing smashed together..I dunno..I am getting OLD.

SO..if anyone will need 2 tix to see SEAL in OAKLAND CA..I will have some. BAAAHAAAAAAA

If anyone is wondering..I used a PRE-SALE password instead of the fan password..that's why I have tickets. I was just too nervous to wait until Sunday..I mean WHAT IF there a ton of Seal fans in my area I am left with balcony seats.

I already flopped on GA Orch Pit to getting actual seats...I just could not chance it..who knows, maybe I'll check them out on Sunday and see what is avaialble..I could end up with 2 more tickets...6 tickets for 2 people...SNORT..I am a Seal Fan dork. LOL!!!

Laura...don't feel alone in this fun situation...

My partner in crime and me constantly buy more than one set of tickets. The first set out of panic not to be able to get tickets in the first place and then, the second set usually through eBay or any other source. This way we got our hands on front row tickets every single time and I never minded spending the extra buck!!!

It is so worth the experience being up close to Seal and his band. At one of the venues, the front row was that close, I would have been able to shine his shoes while I was seated...LOL!!!

Maybe this time around, I will be lucky like this again. Need to remember...bring shoe shine kit!!!

ROFLMBO!!!

I ams so glad to hear you get multiples too. LOL!

I too had front row once..so close I could see that Seal had no fillings and that I TOO could have shined his shoes.

UPDATE:

I just looked at Ticketmaster with my POST-SALE password...

ya know what?

The seats are NOT any better then what I got with my pre-sale password.

It could be the venue...it has a LARGE area right in front of the stage that is Gen Admission standing...

So I am good with what I got.

Two sets...standing or sitting ..EITHER are better than what is available for us Seal Fans.

I am SURE that I will be able to sell whatever set I don't use. CLEARLY I have better seats than what you can get today. WHEW...I am glad I jumped the gun and didn't wait til today.

ANYONE HERE wanting to see Seal in Oakland CA? I have 2 extra tickets for PIT ORCH GA...this stage is right up front, and if you don't mind standing and dancing, these will be GREAT TICKETS.

I have a bad knee and really can't take the chance of standing that long, so I am using the seats I purchased also.

Contact me thru PM if interested.
