Gareth...you should go...really...people are basically the same...we all need as human beings...some are more comfortable in crowds...Some are not, but, you love music...you love Seal...I can't think of a better reason to come

I went to the Seal show back in like 93. I wanted to show my brother the music I listen too and he went to the concert and realy enjoyed the show. We ended up meeting Seal later that day. I went to the Van Halen concert (neaither david lee or Haggar was there.) It was one of the guys from extremem or some band like that - they had that hit ' what do words have to say'.. anyhow, Thadius took me to that show cause he won tickets or was that the Ac/DC concert either way we went to both.

Other than that I really don't go to concerts much. Oh, the B.B. King conert but that was by special arrangement a friend of the family I had taken their son to meet Mr. King.


I myself do not go out much. So I will not be at the show this week. But, please enjoy yourself. And do a little wiggle for me please.

Chris pierce really was/is a nice guy. He came down off the stage and hugged me and kissed my cheek. It was nice to be treated normally...very down to earth style and I thought...yea, he has what it takes to be a star

About great guitar players...Stevie Ray Vaughn literally rocked the coliseum down the night he was with Huey Lewis and the News. As a matter of fact, They had a jam session at the end of the concert. It wasn't planned...they were so into the groove they didn't want it to stop. If anyone had the pleasure to hear Stevie's artistry live, then you have been blessed. He is gone now, and there are so few musical geniuses to take his place.

I finished a bit of housework, pressure washing all of the sidewalk around the house; the house itself, the gutters and the marble patio. Oh, I also bleached the driveway too (outdor bleach good for the plants not harmful). Then, I pulled weeds for 2 days. Plus I am still working on doing the wood in the house. I am treating it to bring back most of the lustre.

ANyhow, lot's to do this weekend Happy Memorial Day everyone - especialy to your veteran's living and gone. THANK-YOU!

Wouldn't that be wild though. For Sade and for Seal to share the same band. Both of them adult contemporary arists and their band to be one and the same. That would be wow!

I may have been a litle ahead of myself in deswigning Seal's dream band. As much as I have talked about these guys in Sweetback (without knwoing their name (sade's band)) I really should have included them. Oh yeah, Bad Brains is releasing a new album. I had though about BB but did not mention them either. I want to hear the new album already.

Maybe I am getting older ut, I went back and listened to Sade's albums ( all of them) and Beyond the fascination with words I heard her telling me thing I had not heard before. Or perhaps It was my having realised something I had not bee previously able to distinguish. Either way there are more than lyrics these are richly textured experiences, seduction and relatedness understanding void of who I am entirely; my individuality but, universally I am bound. I felt her the other day I paused. Heh, I guess I am still pausing.

Epiphany, I like having those. It is like satori ( the light comes on - and you finally get it) I get those with Seal sometimes. Lately I am becoming more aware. I guess that I am receptive to understanding. Aside from the past year and a half in Fulton COunty. I am not changed by that - i remain optomistic and hope for better beauty to enter into my life. Everyone has been wrong about me. Can't expect the state to be much different. I pity them to live like that. I shouldn't but I do.

Sometimes you just have to accept how people feel about you. Only they can change their mind either way. All you can be is who you are and if they can't accept that, then it is not your fault. You move on with your life and be proud of who you are...don't let them take your self esteem. Things done in the past can stay in the past, because they have already been done and left behind.
