i was out with my mom today and we were looking at shoes she reminised about her lack of them when young.it made me think of all the handed down clothes i had from cousins neighbours etc . nowadays children look at you as if your stark raving mad when you say no you cant have the latest craze clothing
 or we will buy something without a brand name as a parent i try to give my kids the things i didnt have. but i realise now how lucky i was the things i was given gave me as much pleasure as buying something new would give me today. isnt sad how materialistic the world has become?? luv sue xx |

I also have to agree with Dan.
It also seems sometimes when you are longing for something to make you extra happy..someone rains on your parade....instead of understanding ...everyone here old and new all deserve a little happiness why not??? We all have different ways of finding our happiness..lets hope we can all be patient. |

i remember when i first came here i made a very good friend of janet and then many more rita dan, ian, sylvia too many to mention, now im not sure who is here and who isnt
 i just know that i want everyone back !!! please !!!!????? we are a family on here there is nothing that should keep us from that wonderful friendship we have. ( im sure there has been stuff going on i dont want to know what it is i dont care what it is ) i just want all us seal fans back posting. I am still here...just very busy with work...we had some interdepartmental (notice the word "mental" within this word???...very fitting) changes going on and it was and still is very hard for me to sign into the forum as usual... ...and then when I get home...I am so beat...I barely go onto my PC...unless I have to do schoolwork...but I only have one more semester to go and then I graduate...I will be done...yeah...the light at the end of the tunnel is very close!!! And then, I got so much time on my hands...what to do next...I know I will come up with something to occupy my "new-found" freedom away from school and study-time and complete projects. |
