True friend. I just want to say thank you for being true to your self and staying real. That is one of the greatest reason's why i love you and your work. Your voice is a true gift from god. There are only two vocalist's that can really move me and make me feel something, that would be you and Lajon Witherspoon of Sevendust.If you are not familiar with his work, give their album "animosity" a listen, especially songs, Angel's son and Live again, or perhaps even better their new album "seasons" i think you would love. Secondly congrats on the engagement all the best and God's blessings for a bright future for you two! I am a yank but lived in UK for 2 years...when I first arrived I thought I would finally get to hear my favourite artists like you and Sting, Sade etc in abundance...was I sourly disappointed! I soon realised that American tastes in British music seems to run counter to that of our British cousins...Yanks love you and I am glad to hear that airplay or not the Brits love you too! Now just a brief question...can I be in one of your music videos...pleeeeeeeease! I was in a MTV video once sometime ago but would be more than chuffed if I could. Sorry couldn't help but ask...I am hoping to return to the UK again to stay for good soon I hope...I fell in love with it. Thanks again...for giving fans this venue to say ...thanks for the beautiful music...it will last the test of time...you will know when others start doing renditions and the like, that is no doubt what will happen with your great work! Seal, I am so happy that I found your site! YOu are amazing! When this life beats me up and wears me down, YOUR music gives me purpose and drive. I remember when I first laid eyes on you and heard "Crazy". I thought, who is this bronze God? I have sense found the depth that is the essence of Seal. As an ex-singer (professionally for several years)I can appreciate your lyrics and your groove. I don't know what I would do if you decided that you wanted to choose another profession. Again, you are stunning to look at and an ultimate treasure to hear. Please continue making my life...worth living. I love you dearly.

I have found the same frustration with the commercial radio and music business as many of you feel. I all reality, it is a business and the main goal of any business is to create profit, and the means they use to achieve this goal is music.

As a result, much of the good and great music does not make it to the mainstream. I have found an answer to this dilema. It is non commerical radio and internet radio. In fact the first time I heard seal was while I was doing a show many years ago for a non commerical radio.

Anohter avenue that has become accessiable is internet radio. Like non commerical radio, the stations are focused on bringing good music to the forefront and not profits. In fact, most e-Stations are listener supported. I have found great music on such stations as KRVM.org, BellUp4Blues.com and RadioParadise.com.

So I any of you want to tune into some good stuff, check out the net or support your local non-commerical radio stations.

I have satellite and they have radio channels, so I get to hear Seal and other artist music that I don't get to hear on regular radio.

Your music takes me from one emotion to another. You touch the most inner depths of my soul and heart. You are such an inspiration to me and to all of us fans! You reign on my spirit and take me to places I never knew existed. My gratitude for you and your music runs ever so deeply within me...THANK YOU for all you do Seal, thank you for sharing your experiences, your life, your music, your heart, and above all, your love with us! You have touched my life and reached my heart in so many ways. . .

With so many other musicians I feel out of their reach because the industry makes them out to be something they aren't...they end up being untouchable and being seen as more than human right off the bat so their fans never really get a chance to see their human side or see the emotions so all we get to know of them is what the industry wants us to see, and what is promoted, ie: sex symbol, drug addict who's in and out of rehab, etc. May not necessarily be what the artist wants us to see of them but that's what we see because of the way they are promoted or whatever. I hope I am making sense....

My point to all that, Seal, (and anyone reading) is this: You aren't unreachable or untouchable or superficial in any way whatsoever, you make yourself available to all of us, you share your humaness with us. You share your heart, your life, your joys and your pain and frustrations, and your incredible undying Love with us....in turn because of that, we can connect with you as you can with us. You have the ability to inspire, and reach our hearts and souls and to help us through our tears, fears, and pain, to celebrate our joy and happiness with us through this journey. You touch the hearts and souls intricate weavings as perhaps few can. Success is not determined by wealth or worldly possesions, but by ones heart and the love they show....Seal, your love comes to us in abundance. Thank you for being who you are and for your music, I don't know where I would be a lot of the time without you and your music. . . You have gotten me through some seriously tough times in my life and keep on doing so, and also been there to share in the good times and have kept me from going insane at times as well...

I just wanted to tell you how much my Fiancé (Darren) and I love listening to Seal IV. You have created another brilliant album and we listen to it all the time. It is our favourite album - ever!

Darren took me to your concert last year at the Hammersmith Apollo, in London - it was sooooooo good! I had been very ill at the weekend following a relapse but was so pleased that I recovered enough to make it to the concert on the Monday night. Your songs and hearing them sung live (particularly 'Love's Divine') was so moving and an absolutely thrilling experience.

Your song 'Love's Divine' means so much to us, because we have both been through a lot and at times we both felt lost, but then we found each other. Love did show us the way and we knew that we wanted to spend the rest of our lives with each other. We are now getting married on Saturday 18th June 2005 at Coulsdon Manor in Old Coulsdon, in Surrey, South East England, and our 'First Dance' of the evening will be to 'Love's Divine'. We will play the song from the CD, but if you are in the UK on this date we would love to meet you and have you sing it for us on our special Wedding Day?!

I 'd only heard 2 of your songs, seal, up until last week when i was browsing the interent when i found your best 1991-2004 album, i liked the songs i'd heard of yours so i thought why not? and bought your album. after listening to it once i haven't been able to stop. Your songs are brilliant.
